BACnet
The Core Services of the Edge Compute Platform need to have been installed.
The following services need to be installed on the edge in order to handle BACnet
discovery reports and device communication:
- ase-core-driver (discovery service)
- ase-bacnet-driver
The discovery service is not required for the BACnet driver to communicate with the end devices, but it is needed for discovery report management and processing.
These services can be deployed by adding the "App - ECP Discovery" and "App - ECP BACnet" applications from the Marketplace to your own space (see Marketplace).
