OPC-UA Driver

The Core Services of the Edge Compute Platform need to have been installed.

The following services need to be installed on the edge in order to handle OPC-UA discovery reports and device communication:

ase-core-driver (discovery service)
ase-opcua-driver

The discovery service is not required for the OPC-UA driver to communicate with the end devices, but it is needed for discovery report management and processing.

These services can be deployed by adding the "App - ECP Discovery" and "App - ECP OPC-UA" applications from the Marketplace to your own space (see Marketplace).
